Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ): Asaba Harumasa revealed!

Official Zenless Zone Zero accounts revealed a new playable character, Asaba Harumasa, through the regular drip marketing. Check out what we know about Asaba Harumasa in ZZZ here.

Harumasa is an S-rank Electric Attack Agent. This makes him the second limited male S-rank character after Lighter. He's also the third male S-rank character after both Lighter and Lycaon.

Harumasa is a member of the Hollow Special Operations Section 6 faction, or simply Section 6. He's the third playable Agent from this faction, following the A-rank Soukaku and the upcoming S-rank unit Tsukishiro Yanagi.

As expected, fellow HSOS6 members Hoshimi Miyabi and Soukaku provided the quotes on his reveal. The other quotes were not named.

We can also expect more characters from Section 6. Tsukishiro Yanagi is already coming in version 1.3, Harumasa in version 1.4, and perhaps Hoshimi Miyabi in the following updates.

Miyabi in particular has been an enigma, seeing as she was a playable character in the ZZZ beta test. This means she's already fully kitted out, and all we have to do is wait for her to be playable.

Kakihara Tetsuya provides the voice for Harumasa in the Japanese voiceover of ZZZ. His most notable work includes Natsu Dragneel in Fairy Tail, Shing Meteoryte from the 'Tales of' series, and Scaramouche / Wanderer from Genshin Impact.

His English voice actor has not yet been announced.

He will be playable in Zenless Zone Zero version 1.4, which will be on December 18, 2024 barring any adjustments in the regular cadence of updates.

We might get the chance to know the members of the Section 6 faction more in ZZZ versions 1.3 and 1.4 as more of them become playable Agents. This might also mean new playable areas, new NPCs, lore revelations, and most importantly, more rewards!
