Hormone Punk is pretty much the unanimous best set for Hugo. With the 4-piece set bonus, you get the following buffs.
- 2-pc: ATK +10%.
- 4-pc: Upon entering combat or switching in, its user's ATK increased by 25% for 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 20s.
