Wuthering Waves 1.2 banners: All current and upcoming banners

Much like other gacha titles, Wuthering Waves offers multiple banners (also known as Convenes) for you to pull and get a random Resonator or weapon. If you’re lucky or pull a certain number of times, you can obtain rare 5-star characters and weapons! Let’s learn about the current banners available in Wuthering Waves after the release of version 1.2.

Wuthering Waves 1.2: New Resonator and Weapon Banners

On August 15, Kuro Games launched the highly anticipated 1.2 update. This update brought a new limited-time Resonator Convene. We now have Zhezhi‘s banner, the Chromatic Prose, which lasts until September 7.

The 4-star rate-up characters on Zhezhi’s banner are Chixia, Baizhi, and Sanhua. This means if you happen to pull a 4-Star, it is highly likely that you get any of these Resonators. To pull on the Featured Resonator Convene, you must use Radiant Tides.

The 1.2 featured weapon banner welcomes Zhezhi’s designated weapon, the Rectifier Rime-Draped Sprouts. This is a 5-star weapon that fits perfectly for Zhezhi’s kit. If you’re planning to have Zhezhi in your squad, this weapon is a must to get.

The 4-star rate-ups in this banner are the Dauntless Evernight, Jinzhou Keeper, and Hollow Mirage. This means if you happen to pull a 4-star, you will highly likely get either one of these. To pull on this Featured Weapon Convene, you must use Forging Tides.

Standard Banners

Next we have the standard banners that are permanently available in Wuthering Waves. These are the go-to banners to pull if you’re searching for the standard Resonators or weapons. The cost to pull on these banners are also cheaper than to pull on the limited-time banners. Take a look below.

Utterance of Marvels

The Utterance of Marvels is a Novice Convene made to ease beginners into the gacha system. This banner guarantees a 5-star character in 50 pulls and a 4-star item in 10 pulls. Once you obtain a 5-star character, this banner will change to the Beginner’s Choice Convene.

The Beginner’s Choice Convene allows you to choose a specific 5-star character that you want. The next time you pull a 5-star, you will be guaranteed that of your choice. To pull on these two banners, you use Lustrous Tides.

Tidal Chorus

Tidal Chorus is the Standard Character Convene. It is a permanent banner in Wuthering Waves that contains all the basic Resonators and weapons. You are guaranteed a 5-star after 80 pulls and a 4-star every 10 pulls. This standard banner requires Lustrous Tides.

Winter Brume: Sword

The Standard Weapon Convene, called Winter Brume: Sword, now features the 5-star Emerald of Genesis. Every 80 pulls guarantee a 5-star and every 10 pulls guarantee a 4-star weapon. The Emerald of Genesis is the ONLY 5-star item in this banner, so reaching 80 pulls guarantees the sword. Note that this banner contains mainly weapons and a lineup of 4-star Resonators.
