Map 1, Lotus
At some point, it looked like Team Heretics could totally destroy T1 on Lotus. They won an eco after a lost pistols round — to start an amazing W train on the defensive side.
T1 showed signs of life in Round 8 and performed amazing Spike plants in Rounds 11 and 13, but they were truly back only after the side switch.
Heretics won a super close second pistols round and reached the match point. It was the moment for T1 to finally wake up and deliver a series of amazing rounds. When it looked like we could witness an epic comeback, Team Heretics won a seemingly impossible final round. RieNs was the last one standing, and he did a brilliant rotation to the C side to plant Spike and then win a 1v2 shootout.
Map 2, Sunset

T1 started with three amazing rounds, and then TH rushed into the action with six rounds in a row. We could witness some really amazing moments, like a Wo0t vs Meteor clash on B or BuZz destroying opponents in Round 10.
In the second pistol round, T1 performed a great rotation to A through the Mid to stop TH’s attempts to take the bombsite. On the TH side, Boo demonstrated his skills and denied a T1 clutch attempt in a 1v2 situation.
It was the second game where Team Heretics reached the match point, and T1 had to chase them. When it looked like T1 could catch their opponents at least for overtime, Heretics won an extremely chaotic round.
