Raidiant and Riot Games are launching a year-long Game Changers Collective Discord program to support women and diverse communities.
Riot Games is partnering with Raidiant to launch year-round programming through the Game Changers Collective Discord. The initiative aims to create a dedicated space that supports women and underrepresented communities within VALORANT.
Through the official Discord, members can expand their networks across all levels of the ecosystem, deepen their knowledge, and access valuable mentorship opportunities, all within an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Game Changers Collective initiative
The Game Changers Collective programming kicks off on March 24 with its first event. Content Creation: Breaking in and Staying Consistent will feature guest speaker Sunny from 100 Thieves. The program aims to transform the Game Changers Collective Discord into a sustained hub for:
- Networking across all levels of the ecosystem
- Structured mentorship opportunities
- Professional development conversations and workshops
- Knowledge sharing between aspiring and established talent
- Organic, community-led connection through playing, watching, and learning together
Upcoming programming
At the first stages, the initiative will be conducted in English. By partnering with Raidiant to support the Discord, “Riot ensures the space remains community driven and connected to the broader Game Changers ecosystem,” the company wrote in its press release.
“The Discord acts as a year-round hub for building relationships and accessing guidance across areas like broadcast, content creation, and event operations, complementing in-person events, including recent gatherings like the Game Changers Collective in Chile during VALORANT Masters Santiago,” they added.

The VALORANT Game Changers circuit was launched by Riot Games in 2021 to create new opportunities and visibility for women in VALORANT esports.
