Red Bull Home Ground 2025 enters New York City

After duking it out against others throughout the year, only the top VALORANT esports teams will make it to the World Finals 2025 event. Happening in New York City within the Manhattan Center from Nov. 13 to Nov. 16, this will also be the first-ever Red Bull Home Ground World Finals held in the United States.

Previous years saw the esports action take place in Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom. The series got its start back in 2021 with G2 Esports and Team Liquid taking home the gold. When 2022 came around, 100 Thieves swept Cloud9 in a strong 3-0 performance. This was followed by a FNATIC win in 2023 and the aforementioned T1 victory in 2024.

Red Bull Home Ground 2025 teams

According to Red Bull Gaming, this year's iteration of the series will have T1, FNATIC, G2 Esports, Sentinels, and ZETA DIVISION as the five invited teams. Meanwhile, three additional teams will have to earn their spots on the main stage. These will include two teams qualifying through the Play-In Stage and one team claiming a direct qualification slot.

"Next up, Red Bull Home Ground 2025 sees three teams earn their spots: Two from the Play-In stage and one claiming a main stage slot," the event's official website stated.

Will T1 be able to defend their crown? Or will another VALORANT esports team rise to the top at the Red Bull Home? Only time will tell.
