In the latest Dev Diaries, VALORANT developers have a few updates for the community. Days ahead of the start of VALORANT Tokyo Masters, the developers have provided an update on what’s new in Episode 7 as well as a glimpse at new VALORANT agents coming in 2023.
What are the new VALORANT Agents in 2023?
There will be two new VALORANT agents in 2023 - One Sentinel and a Duelist.
“A new Sentinel that will stop you dead in your tracks and pull you in for a closer look”
There’s not much new information on the new Sentinel but one of its abilities might be able to displace you and pull you closer. This agent also had some artwork in the latest dev diary and will be the next agent to join the ranks.
And later in the year, a new VALORANT Duelist will join the list. Not much information is available on the new Duelist.
VALORANT Team Deathmatch releasing with Episode 7
VALORANT Episode 7 will feature the launch of a new Team Deathmatch mode. One of the most popular game modes in other FPS titles, Team Deathmatch will allow players to enjoy the game at their own pace. Furthermore, the game mode will also have new maps further adding to the excitement of the game mode.
Gekko was the latest VALORANT agent to be released. The Los-Angeles based agent has a unique set of abilities and is one of the more popular agents in the game. Riot Games usually provides several teasers before the release of a new agent, so stay tuned for regular updates and analysis.
