NAVI has made building a new generation of VALORANT players one of its latest goals, announcing an Academy project open to everyone.

NAVI is opening the door for young players who dream of pursuing a professional career in VALORANT, allowing new talent to be discovered. The NAVI Visa Academy will select 10 promising prospects to join the project, and you could be one of them.

NAVI Academy project

On March 10, NAVI officially announced its newest academy project. If you want to become a professional player, this might be your chance. However, there are a few requirements you need to meet:

  • Peak Rating: Radiant 700
  • English B1+
  • No contractual obligations with other clubs
  • Absence of any bans related to cheating, toxicity, and smurfing

The project will focus on players aged 16 to 19, with Ivan “Johnta” Shevtsov leading the initiative as coach and mentor. The team has opened recruitment to a wide range of applicants and will structure the final lineup at a later stage. To submit your application, you can fill out the form provided by the team. No slot has been secured.

Only 10 young players will make the cut to represent the organization. The long-term goal is to develop these players and lead them to compete in the VCL: NORTH//EAST. Additionally, the 10 best players will join the LAN comp in Warsaw, Poland, at the end of March.

Building a new generation

As many young players grow up watching esports and professional competitors, NAVI is opening the door for those who want to take their shot and prove their talent. The team has been building its identity across many esports titles, including Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, Dota 2, PUBG, and more.

Many stars from the current scenario have started in the Academy teams. GEN.G, Team Liquid, Sentinels, MIBR, FURIA, NRG, and many other organizations have been investing in younger talent and helping build a new generation of players.
