BreakThru consists of several notable pro players, including Xavier "flyuh" Carlson who was in FaZe in the past. The team also has ex-Ghost Gaming players Alex "aproto" Protopapas and Brock "brawk" Somerhalder. Other players include Tyler "sym" Porter who was on TSM Academy before, and Brady "thief" Dever who played for the Pioneers. The roster also has Tanizhq "Tanizhq" Sabharwal as the head coach.
The roster had an incredibly dominant run through the Open Qualifiers of the North American VALORANT Challengers League (NA VCL), where they only dropped two maps as they qualified without a loss.
Recently, flyuh announced that he mutually parted ways with FaZe Clan, meaning that he would have no buyout.
Currently, BreakThru has played two games, of which they've won one and lost the other. However, due to round differential, they're towards the bottom of the scoreboard.
For Moist Esports, this is their fifth professional roster. They have teams participating in Rocket League, Guilty Gear Strive, Apex Legends, and Super Smash Bros. The VALORANT team is the latest on the list. With the NA VCL Split 1 resuming in a couple of days, the team will play under the organization's banner on Feb. 27 against Turtle Troops.
