MIBR srN entered the VALORANT GC Championship 2025 determined to prove why she’s one of Brazil’s strongest duelists.
She’s all about breaking records. MIBR GC Nicolas "srN" Niederauer became the youngest player to compete in last year’s Championship, making her international debut at just 17 and securing a second-place finish. Since then, she’s stacked up an impressive list of achievements, from holding the highest ACS at a Game Changers international event to recording the most kills in a single series.
Very few players reach this level at such a young age. One of her biggest goals now is to win the VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025 and bring the MVP trophy home to Brazil. After defeating GIANTX, srN showed her confidence at the press conference. "There’s no one better than me. The only thing that can take me out of the MVP race is my own mindset," she said. Can she finally help bring an international trophy home to Brazil?
The next challenge is a rematch of the VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2024 Grand Finals. Last year, MIBR came up short against Shopify Rebellion Gold, but this time, they’re looking to show that things have changed. They’re bringing a whole new vibe to the stage.
Brazilian brilliance unleashed
In their first match of the VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025, GIANTX faced the tournament runner-ups, MIBR GC. The Brazilian team came in as the favorite, and they proved exactly why, delivering an outstanding VALORANT performance that justified the public’s trust.
The first map was an unbelievable showcase of skill and teamwork. Smurfette was everywhere, with Neon’s natural mobility constantly disrupting MIBR’s defenses. Meanwhile, eva was clutching round after round, expertly avoiding MIBR’s map control with incredible Sova plays. The team’s coordination was absolutely on point. There was not one clutch she couldn't pull off. Everyone could see how special this moment was for the players.
But it was backstage where the energy truly surged, fueling MIBR's confidence as they headed into the second map. There was nothing that GIANTX could do to stop their momentum.
The second map was a bloodbath. It felt like MIBR GC emerged from the shadows, carrying the energy and confidence that only a tournament runner-up can command. They came for the win, and their momentum was unstoppable. GIANTX managed to stabilize things with three rounds in the first half, but it just wasn’t enough to stage a full comeback. The team needed to display more aggression and confidence in their shots.
The second half was a complete turnaround, almost like an entirely different game. GIANTX came out stronger, mounting a comeback fueled by the firepower of two initiators and two controllers on the attacking side. From 3-9, GIANTX nearly forced the game into overtime, but MIBR regained its strength when it mattered most.
GIANTX's last chance
If a rough start wasn’t enough for GIANTX, they faced it twice. Down 1-7, they had to use their final timeout to take a breath, reset, and rethink their strategy for the rounds ahead. They came close to sparking a comeback on the second map, but could they do it twice? Once again, GIANTX entered the second half with a 3-9 score, but can they make the curse happen and come back?
Unfortunately for them, MIBR showcased a whole different level of confidence and strength, truly making this their moment to shine. But GIANTX still has a chance in the Lower Bracket. Can they rise to the occasion and take down Ninetails?
