Here’s the Heretics Valorant roster

Former G2 esports star, Óscar "mixwell" Colocho has signed with Heretics for the VCT 2023 season. The Father of Spanish Valorant will now have a new home after spending several months making G2 one of the strongest Valorant rosters of all time.

Despite being one of the most prominent Valorant rosters, G2 esports could not make it to Valorant franchising. While the exact reason is not public, multiple reports suggest the org’s CEO’s behavior to be the primary reason.

Former G2 CEO, Carlos tweeted a video of himself at a party with Andrew Tate. The former professional kickboxer is a controversial figure, mostly for his misogynistic remarks and attitude towards women.

Mixwell joins Heretics

As one of the most experienced players in the EMEA region, Mixwell brings a steady stream of experience as well as firepower. The 27-year-old Spaniard usually brings a very calculated approach to his teams, although his playstyle on Heretics might see some adjustments.

His list of achievements include wins at LVL Valorant clash, Fnatic Proving Grounds, Twitch Rivals, weplay invitational and more. He also led G2 to a win at the BLAST Valorant Twitch Invitational.

G2 esports finished 5-6th at VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavik. Team further imrpvoed its performance at Masters 3 Berlin with a top four finish.
