They became the second team to achieve three consecutive domestic titles, following EDward Gaming's accomplishment in 2024. Since the beginning of the Split, G2 has only lost a series to Sentinels.
NRG made an incredible run in Group Omega by winning four matches, losing only to 100 Thieves during the Group Stage. They made it in first place of the group, but ended up losing to G2 in the Upper Bracket Semifinals. To reach the Grand Finals, they had to defeat Evil Geniuses, Leviatán, Cloud9, and Sentinels. However, they didn't stand a chance against a strong and solidified G2.
