Heihachi Mishima, the Resurrected King of Iron Fist, is returning to the TEKKEN franchise. Bandai Namco Entertainment showed off what this character is all about in a brand-new TEKKEN 8 Heihachi gameplay trailer. TEKKEN 8 Heihachi release date

Heihachi's official release date is either Oct. 3 or Oct. 4 depending on your time zone. However, players who have early access to him can check out his kit starting either Sept. 30 or Oct. 1.

How to unlock Heihachi in TEKKEN 8

Since Heihachi is a DLC character in the game, he's available via the Playable Character Year 1 Pass. This pass features four characters in total.

So far, the released TEKKEN 8 DLC characters are Eddy Gordo and Lidia Sobieska. While Eddy Gordo joined the fray on April 1, Lidia Sobieska entered the game on July 25.
