Schedule and format of Red Bull Golden Letters 2024
The event consists of two stages:
- Groups, Sept. 28: 20 players are in four groups, and everyone plays vs everyone; the top 2 proceed to the Playoffs, winners side; the 3rd placement in each group advances to the losers side.
- Playoffs, Sept. 29: 12 remaining competitors play in the double-elimination brackets.
All TEKKEN 8 matches at Red Bull Golden Letters 2024 are of the best-of-three format (Bo3). The event has a unique rule of automatically winning a match after achieving three Perfects or Greats in it.
