Above is TFT's patch schedule for 2025. According to Riot Games, patches typically drop on Wednesdays unless otherwise stated. Note that even though TFT's patches are rolled out alongside League of Legends updates, they do have their own naming system.
The first number in a TFT patch represents the set. For example, TFT 13.4 means it's the the fourth patch of Set 13. Based on this naming convention, it means that 2025 also includes TFT Set 14, TFT Set 15, and the start of TFT Set 16.
Remember that TFT patch dates are always subject to change for various reasons as well. However, Riot Games stated that they will let folks know if an update gets delated within two days of its scheduled launch date.
