TFT Set 14 item reworks

In terms of the item reworks in TFT patch 14.5, they’re going to Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Sterak’s Gage, and Guardbreaker. Guinsoo’s Rageblade is getting 6% stacking AS per second instead of per attack to make its scaling more consistent and less exploitable by units with high AS. Next, Sterak’s Gage is getting omnivamp, increased health, AD, plus shield health that decays over four seconds. As for Guardbreaker, this item is getting renamed to Striker’s Flail. It’s also going to get damage amplification based on critical strikes.
