TFT patch 14.2 notes
In terms of update highlights, Rodger “Riot Prism” Caudill and Katie “Riot Ukime” Guo revealed in a post that Annie, Naafiri, Shaco, Poppy, and Jarvan IV, Cho’Gath, Miss Fortune, and Samira will receive buffs. Meanwhile, Rengar will get nerfed alongside the Cyberdeck and Trial Run augments. In terms of adjustments, they will go to Twisted Fate plus the Exotech and Nitro traits.
“We’re also reducing the resource inflation that the set’s mechanic, Hacks, brought into the city, which will help lower-cost reroll strats be more competitive with capped out 4- and 5-cost-heavy boards,” the post stated.

As always, Stephen “Mortdog” Mortimer from Riot Games shared his thoughts about the upcoming changes. He did so on his YouTube channel.
“This patch isn’t going to be giant, transformative buffs and nerfs,” he said, adding that a lot of what’s strong will remain effective. However, the patch will feature some nerfs.
For example, while the developers are pleased with the new Hacks system, they’ve noticed that players have been receiving slightly too many resources from it. Therefore, Gold augment bribes will be nerfed.
“Prismatic, in particular, you’re going to get a lot less gold from picking the Prismatic 2-1 augment from the bribes,” Mortdog added.
