Enma's Hollow is a new stage that is arriving with Akuma. The release for this stage is slated for May 22, 2024, according to the game's official social media page. In terms of how to unlock it, you can buy Enma's Hollow with either Fighter Coins or Drive Tickets.

How to unlock Street Fighter 6 DLC stages
Year 1 of the game also includes two DLC stages so far. While Akuma includes Enma's Hollow stage, Ruined Lab is featured with Ed. You can unlock these stages by obtaining enough Fighter Coins or Drive Tickets. Alternatively, you can get the Year 1 Character Pass. This pass includes some Drive Tickets as well.
