IShowSpeed is set to make another WWE appearance, this time at the highly anticipated 2025 Royal Rumble event.
YouTubers, streamers, and other celebrity categories are no strangers to the world of professional wrestling. Logan Paul was recently the WWE United States Champion, for example. And now, we'll get to see IShowSpeed react to some wrestling live, as he's headed to the WWE's 2025 Royal Rumble event.
IShowSpeed, real name Darren Watkins Jr., is familiar with World Wrestling Entertainment. He appeared at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, dressed as a Prime bottle, and took an RKO from Randy Orton. That previous connection is why Triple H has invited him to the premium live event.
Triple H invites IShowSpeed to stream at the WWE Royal Rumble
A recent video posted by the Speedy HQ X account shows the invitation as it is received. IShowSpeed reacts to a video call from WWE's Chief Content Officer, Paul "Triple H" Levesque. Speed is on his South American adventure and took the call while in Uraguay.
Triple H delivers the invite for IShowSpeed to come to the Royal Rumble. Speed asks if he came stream while there, and Triple H immediately gives permission. He says he'll have access to the backstage area to stream whatever content he'd like.
Speed shows clear excitement at the invite and even requests to stream John Cena. To which Triple H jokingly replies, "If you can see him, you can stream him." So, expect plenty of shenanigans from IShowSpeed at the 2025 Royal Rumble. He might even get physically involved again!
