He achieved this milestone while walking around the streets of Indonesia.

How does it feel, Speed? How does it feel to be thousands of miles away from home, while a whole crowd chants your name? Is this what happiness looks like? The popular YouTuber, IShowSpeed, just raised the bar for the most-viewed English-speaking stream of all time, reaching a peak of 1,043,028 simultaneous viewers.

He achieved this milestone during his Southeast Asia tour, while visiting Indonesia. Overcome with emotion, the young streamer started crying as the viewer count kept rising. And with good reason: it’s been almost four years since LazarBeam set the previous record during a Fortnite event.

According to StreamsCharts, this stream surpassed IShowSpeed’s previous personal record by 70%. Though this trip to Asia has brought him many achievements, it's not his first IRL travel experience. Previously, he toured Europe, where he racked up 2.5 billion views across all platforms. This massive number was fueled by several exciting moments, like meeting Zlatan himself.

What is IShowSpeed doing in Southeast Asia?

This Asian tour has given IShowSpeed countless joyful memories, all captured live on stream. Just days ago, he hit 30 million subscribers while in Cambodia, where he was applauded by hundreds of fans.

The wholesome Southeast Asian trip has also seen him eating unusual dishes, wearing colorful outfits, and even getting knocked out by boxing legend Manny Pacquiao. IShowSpeed isn’t sticking to conventional tourist attractions—he’s looking to connect with his global fanbase while keeping his signature energetic content alive. However, it's his Indonesian fans who seem the most passionate, even gifting him a custom motorcycle.

Of course, an IShowSpeed stream wouldn’t be complete without a dose of risk. While in Cambodia, he had an accident while driving an auto rickshaw. As scary as it was, his injuries were minor, and the stream continued. However, he opted to switch to the passenger seat afterward.

IShowSpeed will continue streaming in South East Asia for the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more speedy updates!
