The upcoming Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) World Championship has found a home!
The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) World Championship is returning back to Europe! With the RLCS 2022-23 World Championship looming near, Psyonix has finally revealed the location of the championship to be in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Düsseldorf is the capital city of North Rhine-Westphalia, located in western Germany and it is known as the fashion capital of Germany. As of now, Psyonix still hasn't announced the exact venue for the championship.
The announcement also gives us a little peek at what we assume to be the RLCS World Championship trophy designed by jewelry company Swarvoski. The beautiful trophy is made out of Swarovski aquamarine crystals. Psyonix has previously announced its partnership with Swarovski to create new trophies and medals for the RLCS 2022-23 season.
The previous RLCS World Championship took place in Fort Worth, United States in 2022. It's been a while since the World Championship took palce in Europe. The last time was in Madrid, Spain during the RLCS Season 8 World Championship in 2019.
