Pokémon Legends Z-A is getting official Home compatibility within the next few weeks, meaning players can transfer Pokémon from the game to other games.
It is a big day for Pokémon fans, as we now know that Pokémon Legends Z-A is getting Home integration within the next few weeks. So, what does this exactly mean for Pokémon gamers? Let’s break it down.
Home integration coming to Pokémon Legends Z-A
Released back in October of 2025, Pokémon Legends Z-A was a revolutionary game within the Pokémon franchise, as it implemented a brand new style of battling, which we have no idea if it will return or not in future titles.

The game also featured some awesome Pokémon, one of those being Totodile as a starter. Those who played the game will have been able to partake in various Mystery Gift events, too, which granted people powerful Pokémon, including a Ralts and more.
And now, Pokémon Legends Z-A is getting Home integration. So, what does this exactly mean?
What is Pokémon Home?
Pokémon Home is an app exclusive to the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 that lets players transfer Pokémon across different games. Think of it as a more updated version of Diamond and Pearl’s Pal Park from back in the day.

The app has a free version, which allows you to hold up to 30 Pokémon within Home, but if you would like to hold up to 6,000 Pokémon, you will need to purchase the paid version, which is $2.99 USD a month.
Pokémon Home is a great way to ensure some of your best Pokémon stay with you, especially if you have one with impressive IVs or a shiny. With Pokémon Champions set to release shortly, Pokémon Home will be a great tool to creating a powerful team.
Release date
So, when will Pokémon Legends Z-A get Home compatibility? Well, we have been told it will be early April, so anytime within the next two weeks. In fact, Pokémon Champions is set to release on April 8, 2026, so many believe the Home integration within Pokémon Legends Z-A will happen the same day, or directly before.
