A Pokémon GO Community Day is a great way to bolster your collection, and the February 2024 version puts Chansey at the forefront. For a short time during Feb. 4, the Egg Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild. Read on for all the details.
When is the February 2024 Pokémon GO Community Day?
- Start Time: Sunday, February 4, 2024 at 2 p.m.
- End Time: Sunday, February 4, 2024 at 5 p.m.
You have three hours to take part in this Community Day. And no matter where you're located, the time remains the same. The event will not start until 2 p.m. your local time.
Evolve Chansey into Blissey for a special attack
During the Pokémon GO February 2024 Community Day, you're sure to catch a ton of Chansey. That means you'll have plenty of Chansey Candy to use up. Evolve a Chansey during the event, and up to five hours after, for the Blissey it evolves into to know Wild Charge as its Charged Attack.
Pokémon GO Community Day February 2024 event bonuses
There are several event bonuses available during and after the Chansey Community Day. Those are as follows:
- 2x Candy for catching any Pokémon
- 2x chance for trainers level 31 and higher to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon
- Incense activated during the event lasts for three hours
- One extra Special Trade can be made during the event
- Eggs placed in Incubators will be knocked down to 1/4 the hatch requirement
- Lure Modules activated during the event last for three hours
- Trades require 50% less Stardust
- Taking snapshots during this Community Day may reveal a surprise
- Happiny hatches more frequently from 2 km eggs
- Increased chance of being shiny
- Bonus 4-Star Raid Battles with Chansey appear after the Community Day ends
- Raids appear from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Trainers must use Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes, Remote Raid Passes are not allowed
- Claim victory in the Raid Battle and more Chansey will appear around the Raid location
- Same shiny odds as the active Community Day hours
- Raids appear from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
