Additionally, Mega Manectric is a pretty handy Raid attacker. It ranks decently as an Electric-type, the fourth best in the entire game and better than Pokémon such as Raikou and Zapdos.

Despite only having one weakness, there are still quite a lot of good Ground-type Pokémon you can use for this Raid. This includes some Pokémon that can learn Ground-type moves but aren’t Ground-type themselves.
The best Pokémon you can use to take on Mega Manectric in Pokémon GO is Primal Groudon. Not only is it one of the strongest Pokémon in the entire game, but it does a devastating amount of damage with its special Ground-type attack, Precipice Blades.
Of course, you can only Primal Evolve one Pokémon at a time. So, backing up your Primal Groudon with other Groudon’s will help flesh out a nice team. Therian Forme Landorus, which featured most recently during the Unova Tour pre-event is also a great choice to back up Primal Groudon.
