Central Michigan versus Miami (Overwatch 2): Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. EST*

This week's broadcast brings the Central Michigan Chippewas (1-2) up against the Miami RedHawks (3-0). The RedHawks are flying high to start off the year. With an undefeated record continuing after taking down Kent State 3-1 last week, Miami looks formidable this season.

Central Michigan took a loss to Northern Illinois 0-3 last week and was not able to meet the challenge that was previewed in week three's article.

Miami's roster has brought back Overwatch League veteran Riley "Fahzix" Taylor in the support role after a year studying abroad. Fahzix's impact continues to show alongside second year support RJ "Shocker" Worrall in the backline. Second year DPS Charles "Bonesaw" Budetti and first years Scott "Pootr" Zwirn and Pierre "babyback" Bakshi, continue to play well around the meta as well.

Central Michigan will have to find a way to shutdown this dominant RedHawk roster that has proved to be a force so far this season. It will be hard to brute force this skilled team or even look for those backline dive plays with seasoned veterans on this Miami roster.

Find out if the Chippewas can find redemption this week on broadcast and stay within arms reach of playoff contention moving forward.

ESC Week 4: Highlighted Matches

Akron versus Ball State (Overwatch 2): Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. EST*

Undefeated versus Undefeated. Two undefeated (3-0) rosters meet up for the first time this season. Akron and Ball State look to continue their winning streak and stay in the battle for first place in the ESC.

Akron was seen last time on the official broadcast sneaking away with a Map 5 win against Buffalo. Taking the series 3-2 Akron will have to do much better this week against a tougher opponent in Ball State.

Ball State has only dropped one map so far this year and that was against Western Michigan in Week 1. The Cardinals continue to show they are a top team making haste with Buffalo and Toledo in the last two weeks of competition.

Who will continue their undefeated streak in this week four classic matchup?

Bowling Green versus Northeastern (Overwatch 2): Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. EST*

Two teams with (2-1) records meet in week four. The Bowling Green Falcons and Northeastern Huskies are set to do battle for sole ownership of fifth place at the moment.

Both schools have lost to a current undefeated team that are above them in the standings. However, in their losses they have both shown great play and strategy that makes them worthy of being towards the top of the conference.

Northeastern has been a very consistent program in the ESC with their Overwatch team having one of the three ESC Overwatch Championships back in 2022. They have also placed Semifinals or Finalists in all three years of competiton.

Bowling Green still has much to prove in regards to the accomplishments of Northeastern and wantt to show this year that they should not be underestimated like years prior.
