Loverwatch is back! Between Feb. 13 to March 1, you can play Overwatch’s Loverwatch: Love Never Dies dating simulator. In this game, you can romance Genji, Mercy, and Hanzo. Read on for our Loverwatch guide on the Genji route!

To romance Genji, you should pay attention to Cupid Hanzo’s advice throughout the game. That is, focus on Genji and take note of his feelings. Reassure him when you can as well. When you enter the comedy club, choose Genji and go through the dialogue leading up to your own performance. You should tell a joke that’s related to him. The crowd at the comedy club won’t like it as much, but Genji would appreciate it.
For your second date, Genji suggests getting dinner at Cafe Azur in Monaco. When you arrive there, you can tell him that you like his outfit. When he asks about your ride over to Monaco, you can say that you had lots of time for gaming, indicating that you remember what he said earlier about liking a video game.
Then, you must order something from the restaurant’s menu. Rikimaru Ramen is Genji’s favorite dish. Did you know that this is also revealed in the official Overwatch cookbook? Genji also loves dinosaur nuggets, so you can order them via the kids menu.
Loverwatch Genji answers
When Genji starts to feel down during the date due to being reminded of the Blackwatch incident, make sure to either hold his hand or reassure him.
Your next date with Genji takes place in Nepal. It’s an important location in terms of Genji’s growth as a person. When you arrive at the destination, he asks about your hike there. Say that it was a breeze or it was worth it just to be with him.
Walk with Genji next. During this walk, he tells you about his past. Zenyatta later appears and Genji introduces you to him. When Genji asks you if one can truly know one self, remember to respond with care.
Genji later thanks you for reminding himself who he truly is and says that he enjoys spending time with you. After accepting either his love or friendship, he takes off his mask to reveal his face.
