Overwatch 2 is coming to Xbox Game Pass

Season 12 of Overwatch 2 has just been announced, with some exciting news for players who have an Xbox Game Pass subscription. Here's everything you need to know about what Game Pass players can expect from the collaboration, including some sought-after currency and some amazing hero skins.

According to the developers, Overwatch 2 is coming to Xbox Game Pass on Sept. 17 in a collaboration that will give Game Pass players the following rewards. Here's more on what you need to do to claim those rewards and what you can expect from the collaboration.

However, that isn't all that Game Pass players will get in this exciting collaboration. According to developers, "Additional in-game collectibles will be ongoing while you remain subscribed to an eligible Xbox Game Pass account with your Battle.net account linked. These include an array of items via continuous access to select Overwatch 2 Shop cosmetics from prior seasons, plus a stackable XP boost."

In order to claim these one-time and ongoing rewards, players will need to link their Battle.net account to their Xbox account before Oct. 21 and log in to claim their gifts. To do so, you'll want to follow this link to navigate to your Battle.net connections page, where you can link your Xbox account. After that, you should be all set to enjoy your gifts.
