Dylan Snyder joined TXT’s Beomgyu and DAY6’s Young K on a K-pop variety show, sparking Overwatch 2 collaboration rumors.
Blizzard Entertainment may be preparing another K-pop collaboration for Overwatch 2, following the success of the LE SSERAFIM bundles. Speculation began after TXT’s Choi Beomgyu hinted at it on a recent variety show, where he arranged a meeting between DAY6’s Young K and actor Dylan Snyder, sparking excitement among fans.
An Overwatch 2 conversation
On May 1, Pixid, a Korean entertainment YouTube channel known for featuring celebrities who play games, take on challenges, and discuss various gaming content, released a video with Day6's Young K and TXT's Choi Beomgyu. In the video, Young K teaches Beomgyu everything he needs to know about Overwatch 2, including reasons to play the game and the essentials for playing it correctly. The presentation is very entertaining as Young K humorously tries to convince Beomgyu to play Overwatch 2 again, since he has not played since his trainee days as a K-pop idol.
Later in the video, Young K revealed that he is happy that Blizzard is taking into consideration the players' thoughts. It was when Beomgyu surprised Young K by saying that he arranged a remote meeting with one of the game developers in the U.S. It was when Dylan Snyder, the senior game designer for Overwatch 2, showed up on the screen. Young K took the lead of the conversation and had his fanboy moment for a while. Snydern also had the chance to show his K-pop skills!
