Here's what it takes to unlock all of the special April Fools' Day 2026 event rewards in Overwatch Season 1.
Overwatch’s April Fools’ Day 2026 event, also known as the Underwatch, is now live! Here are all of the Overwatch Underwatch event rewards and challenges.

Overwatch Underwatch event explained
Between April 1 and April 13, players can duke it out in hilarious matches as their favorite heroes. As noted in the Underwatch patch notes, all of the heroes have updated kits such as Lifeweaver becoming a mini version of himself, Genji using his Dragonblade as his primary weapon, and even Hanzo using random arrows that can freeze, teleport himself, and more.

Overwatch Underwatch event rewards and challenges
There are 13 Underwatch event challenges in total, and some of them require playing as tank, damage, or support hero. However, the majority of the challenges simply involve completing matches. Players can even speed this up by duking it out in Overwatch’s Stadium game mode.
In terms of the rewards, they feature a lot of Overwatch Season 1 Battle Pass XP plus a bunch of adorable sprays from the Dev Doodle line. The Ganyknife spray, in particular, has Bastion’s bird friend with a little knife! Don’t forget about the Cardboard player titles, either.
