If you missed the action, here is a quick recap of the MLBB M7 World Championship Swiss Stage Day 5 held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Day 5 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) M7 World Championship Swiss Stage was full of surprises. One of the highlights of this day is where expectations were subverted as Aurora Gaming PH won against Team Spirit. It's a significant redemption arc for the PH squad, who usually underperform when it matters. The closing match is also an interesting one, as this was the first time Team Liquid PH Coach Arsy faced a Myanmar team since he left Falcon Esports back in 2025.
That said, here is a quick recap of what happened in the M7 World Championship Swiss Stage Day 5.
M7 Swiss Stage Day 5 Recap
Team Falcons vs Aurora Gaming Turkey

Game 1 was swift and ruthless, with Aurora Gaming Turkey dominating early objective control and quickly snowballing that advantage into full map control. Sidar “Tienzy” Mentese’s Harley, an uncommon pick at the top level, proved overwhelming for Team Falcons, as he ended the game with a flawless six-kill performance.
Game 2 saw Team Falcons strike back with a far more durable draft. FLCN’s Bien “Boyet” Chumecera became an immovable frontline presence that Aurora struggled to bring down, creating ample space for Sulaiman “Saano” Alrashdi’s Karrie to take over team fights and carry Falcons to an equalizing win.
In the deciding game, Aurora opted for a late-game composition, placing Siyar “Sigibum” Akbulut on Claude in the Gold Lane. Team Falcons initially found it difficult to win team fights, as Saano was repeatedly caught by the heavy crowd control from Aurora’s Mehmet “Lunar” Ilgun’s Terizla and Lukasz “Pagu” Bigus’s Grock. Falcons managed to stay afloat thanks to Moayed “Trolll” Kharaba’s clutch plays on Minotaur, keeping fights alive at critical moments. However, the momentum did not last long. A decisive team fight at the 18-minute mark swung the game back in Aurora’s favor, allowing them to secure the Lord and march straight to the base to close out the series and win a Knockout Stage spot.
Aurora Gaming PH vs Team Spirit

Team Spirit wasted no time going on the offensive against Aurora Gaming PH in Game 1 in the M7 Swiss Stage Day 5. Kemiran “Sunset Lover” Kochkarov took control early, picking up four kills by the 10-minute mark while dictating team fights with well-placed Feathered Air Strikes on Pharsa. This constant pressure made it difficult for Aurora to find openings, forcing them into a defensive posture.
Holding a sizeable lead, Team Spirit briefly stumbled at the 13-minute mark when Sunset Lover overextended for a pick after losing a team fight, giving Aurora some much-needed breathing room. Capitalizing on this window, Aurora’s Demonkite steadily stacked kills and eventually hit his power spike, enabling the team to secure a crucial Lord at 19 minutes. With that momentum, Aurora turned the tables, winning a decisive team fight shortly after and marching straight down the mid lane to close out the game.
Game 2 developed into a back-and-forth affair early on, but Aurora quickly seized control through Jan “Demonekite” Delmundo, who amassed over eight kills in the early game. His investment into a Sky Piercer paid off handsomely, as he crossed double-digit kills by the 15-minute mark. Despite their lead, Aurora briefly overreached while attempting to end the game, allowing Team Spirit a chance to regroup. That opportunity was short-lived, however, as Aurora’s Light caught Team Spirit off guard with a surprise engage, wiping out four members. With no one left to defend the base, Team Spirit collapsed, and Aurora Gaming PH secured a clean 2–0 series victory.
Yangon Galacticos vs Team Liquid PH

Game 1 saw Team Liquid PH draft an aggressive composition, with Kiel “Oheb” Soriano on Sora, a surprising pick this M7 Swiss Stage, and Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya securing one of his signature picks in Yu Zhong. The early game featured fairly even kill counts, but TLPH consistently came out ahead by locking down key objectives. That objective control translated into map dominance and a 3,000-gold lead by the 12-minute mark.
The gap continued to widen as Yangon Galacticos struggled to stop TLPH’s jungle invasions and turret pressure. By the 16-minute mark, YG only has their inner turrets and very limited room to make meaningful plays. The pressure never let up, and Yangon Galacticos eventually folded, allowing Team Liquid PH to claim the opening game of the best-of-three series.
Game 2 proved even tougher for Yangon Galacticos. Team Liquid PH maintained relentless pressure from the start, denying YG any real opportunity to contest objectives or regain map control. Forced into desperation plays just to stay even in kills, YG attempted a risky Lord contest at the 10-minute mark, which backfired badly. TLPH secured a full wipeout, took the Lord uncontested, and further tightened their grip on the map. From there, Team Liquid PH closed out the match swiftly, ending the game in just around 15 minutes.
