The time has almost come to move onto the next season, as Marvel Rivals Season 1’s end date approaches in April.
Marvel Rivals Season 1 is coming to a close, and many want to know exactly when it ends. There are plenty of places to look, especially in the game itself. But if you've come to us for the answer, we've got you covered with a handy countdown.
Let's dive in to when Marvel Rivals Season 1 officially ends.
Countdown to when Marvel Rivals Season 1 ends
If you open up the Season tab in Marvel Rivals, you can stay in the Battlepass section. There, you'll find a countdown to when Season 1 is over. This happens with every season in the game, as a new Battlepass launches when a new season kicks off.
You'll be able to complete the Battlepass long after the season ends, but consider that countdown a timer towards the new season and when the Battlepass is no longer for sale. You must purchase the premium version in order to keep working at it longer. That's just how it goes.
So, knowing that the countdown is for both the Battlepass and the season itself, you can see when it is finished. Going by America's Pacific Time, Marvel Rivals Season 1 ends at 1 a.m. PT on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Check out our countdown to that time. And be sure to check if the servers will go down for any sort of maintenance period. They'll need to give you an update for new characters, a new map, and of course, a new Battlepass.

What to do before Season 1 is over
If you're still grinding through Season 1, there are a few things in Marvel Rivals that you can do before it's first official season ends. Here's a short list of what can you keep you busy and goal-driven until that countdown above hits zero:
- Complete the Battlepass to make time for the new one if you haven't already
- Complete the achievements for all of the Fantastic Four and any new maps or modes
- Hit Gold rank to obtain the special Blood Shield Invisible Woman skin and Blood Blaze Human Torch skin
- Continue to grind the game's ranked mode to reach Grandmaster or above, as that and each one after provides a unique Crest of Honor reward
You can also save up your Units if you have challenges to complete that offer them. This is because you'll have more skins and other items launching with the new season that may catch your eye.
