New year, new patch notes! NetEase Games has revealed the latest Marvel Rivals patch notes, and they feature a new event, shop items, and more. Read on for details.
Marvel Rivals patch notes
Marvel Rivals version 20260101 includes updates to three heroes. Angela's Assassin's Charge now lands targets correctly instead of placing them in abnormal locations. Meanwhile, Rogue's ultimate no longer generates abnormal energy when interacting with Winter Soldier's ultimate chain. As for Emma Frost, Psychic Spear sounds have been corrected when using the Hellfire Protocol skin.

Marvel Rivals Chrono-Rush
The Marvel Rivals patch notes feature the Chrono-Rush event as well, which helps players with Battle Pass progression. This event goes from Jan. 1 at 9 a.m. UTC to Jan. 16 at 9 a.m. UTC, giving players about a little over two weeks to earn rewards before the end of the season. According to NetEase Games, those with the Luxury Battle Pass can also check out the last page of it to exchange their Chrono Tokens for Accessory Points.

Marvel Rivals shop today
In terms of what's new in the Marvel Rivals shop, players can now get the Lady Loki Bundle. Do note that this offering is only there for a limited time between Jan. 2 at 2 a.m. UTC to Jan. 30 at 2 a.m. UTC. Other new items of interest include the Lady Loki Emoji Bundle, Human Torch Jack of Hearts Bundle, and Take a Seat Emote Combo Bundle.
For those who are fans of Adam Warlock, Black Widow, Blade, Iron Fist, Namor, Scarlet Witch, Star-Lord, The Thing, and Wolverine, they have new animations that are available starting on Jan. 2 at 2 a.m. UTC.
The Luna Snow Cherry Delight Bundle is also still available until Jan. 16.
Marvel Rivals version 20260101 patch notes
As for other Marvel Rivals patch notes, traversal emotes have been optimized, with Star-Lords Wooden Whizbang now moving more smoothly and all traversal emotes standardized to forward movement only. Version 20260101 update fixes an issue where incorrect countdowns could appear in Times Square across all platforms, too.
