NetEase Games has revealed the latest Marvel Rival patch notes. These patch notes feature new bundles, an extension of the Hellfire Gala: Moments event, a bunch of fixes, hero updates, and more. Read on for all of the Marvel Rivals May 22 patch notes and details.
Marvel Rivals May 22 patch notes
The May 22 patch for Marvel Rivals is now live, allowing players to continue progressing through the Hellfire Gala: Moments event. The event has been extended to May 30 at 2 a.m. PT, allowing players more time to earn a Season 0 costume!
In terms of new features, they include a streamlined store layout with the first two pages now dedicated to new and recommended items. There's also a new “Use Default Costume Voices” option under "Settings – Audio." Plus, Marvel Rivals players can now equip and use up to five sprays at once.
As for fixes, they address current issues across systems, maps, and console play. On all platforms, players now see the correct tournament details page, One Above All players no longer get reset to Eternity rank, and the mouse icon stays visible when switching heroes with raw input enabled.
The coach's spectator view also functions properly after pausing and resuming in custom tournament rooms. Meanwhile, the Klyntar and Spider-Islands maps have structural improvements. Finally, on console, the user interface (UI) icons for Chrono Shields and controller prompts no longer overlap in the mode selection screen.
