More characters have been leaked for Marvel Rivals, including some pretty obscure ones like Jia Jing, Trapster, and Locus.
Marvel Rivals is the gift that keeps on giving. The company literally has thousands of characters at their disposal, giving them plenty to add to the NetEase hero shooter. Well, a prominent Marvel Rivals leaker says new characters found in the files consist of Jia Jing, Locus, Colossus, Paste-Pot Pete (Trapster), and Professor X.
That just adds to the list of the many already leaked heroes and villains. You've got Ultron, Blade, Cyclops, and so many more found through datamining. So, let's dive into these newly leaked Marvel Rivals characters and who they are.
Several new characters have been leaked for Marvel Rivals, including Jia Jing and Professor X
Many believed Colossus would come eventually, based on the fact that early iterations of the game in beta showcased a hidden character for the Fastball Special. This is the team-up between Hulk and Wolverine, but Colossus will join and be able to launch Logan as well as a Vanguard.
What about the others? Well, Professor X is an obvious and well-known character. The founder of the X-Men and the school of Mutants, Charles Xavier is a tricky one. Leaks state he may be a Support character. Of course, he's bound to a wheelchair, but we can assume he'll have the hover chair rather than a traditional wheelchair.

Who are Jia Jing, Paste-Pot Pete (Trapster), and Locus coming to Marvel Rivals?
We'll start with Jia Jing, also known as Sprite. She's a Mutant with ties to both the X-Men and Spider-Man. She got her powers, like so many others, after the Phoenix was dispersed by Hope Summers and Scarlet Witch.
Jia Jing, if she comes to Marvel Rivals, will showcase her rocky blue skin and fairy wings that give her the ability to fly. She can morph her skin, such as making her hands bigger, and that comes with super strength and enhanced endurance.
Paste-Pot Pete makes sense, as he is a classic Fantastic Four villain that now goes by the name of Trapster. He and the Human Torch have quite the history together, but he is definitely one of the more ridiculous early age characters in comics.
Eventually, he changed his name to Trapster to take on a more serious persona. Calling him Paste-Pot Pete is sure to set him off. And he'll use his gifted intellect and marksman skills to try and take you out. He's also a master of disguise.
After Jia Jing and Trapster, we've got Locus potentially coming to Marvel Rivals. This is the Rayna Piper version, so the X-Men villain, not the balding Thor character. She's been labeled a terrorist and been a thorn in the hero mutants' sides since 1993.
Her powers include teleportation, and not just for herself. She can teleport herself, anyone, and any object to a place they have been before. She has even done this to people's heads, leaving their body behind. Top that off with energy blasts and she is dangerous.
