Five women have filed a legal case against paiN Gaming’s LoL player TitaN over alleged non-consensual content sharing and sexual harassment.

PaiN Gaming has removed League of Legends player Alexandre "TitaN" Lima dos Santos from its competitive lineup following sexual harassment allegations. Five women have accused the player of illegally sharing intimate content and other offenses.

TitaN faces allegations of sexual harassment

On Jan. 12, League of Legends streamer and Brazilian influencer Gabriela Zambrozuski confirmed to Mais Esports BR that she, along with four other women, would be filing a legal case against pro player TitaN. According to the reports, the complaints involve alleged sexual harassment as well as the illegal sharing of intimate content.

On X, the streamer revealed that after going public with the case, many other women came forward to share sexual harassment reports involving TitaN. "We will be taking everything to the justice system. Any woman who has been harmed and needs support, I’m here to help," she wrote.

paiN Gaming releases official statement

It didn't take long for the organization to release an official statement on the accusations. "We are carefully evaluating the available information with the diligence that the situation demands, to define the appropriate measures based on that assessment," the team wrote on X. The player has not provided additional comments on the case.

What happens next

For an undetermined time, TitaN will not be able to play competitively. In his absence, Vinicius "Marvin" de Souza will step in as paiN Gaming’s ADC for the start of the 2026 season. “We will continue to follow the case responsibly and will make new decisions as the situation develops," paiN wrote on X.

Marvin has been part of the paiN Gaming Academy team since 2023. During this time, he won the CBLOL Academy First Split and the Americas Challengers in 2024.

In 2024, the TitaN was part of paiN Gaming’s team that secured Brazil’s first Swiss Stage qualification. He also gained popularity during the tournament by taking down T1’s bot lane in a 2v2. The Brazilian team ended up losing that match.

The player’s future remains uncertain as more updates on the case are expected in the coming weeks. We will closely follow the case and update you as soon as more information comes out.
