On August 7, the LCS Shoutcasters CaptainFlowers, Kobe, announced the LCS Showmatch between Team USA and Team Canada. The showmatch will be a fun watch for viewers and there are bound to be some goofy moments by the players themselves. The teams comprise a mix of young talent and experience and it will be interesting to see some unlikely rosters come together.

LCS fans are already choosing their favorite sides with some talent also chiming in with their picks. While some believe, the Dhokla and Blaber duo will be instrumental in helping USA secure the victory, one cannot simply forget about Licorice and Vulcan on Team Canada.
Cloud9 fans might be in a conundrum as they have players on both sides with both Blaber and Vulcan are part of the team. The LCS Summer 2024 is in its group stage having started in late June 2024. Team Liquid is undefeated in the League with Cloud9 and FlyQuest coming in close behind with one losses each. The Group stage comes to an end on August 11, 2024 with Week 7 of matches. Hopefully, the LCS showmatch will bring renewed interest into the League that has been suffering from viewership drops over the years.
