After a successful League of Legends World Championship semi-finals in Atlanta, it was not a difficult decision for Riot to have the LCS spring finals back down south. The LCS Spring finals, which will take place on April 8-9, will emenate from the PNC Arena.

Raleigh has played host to a number of esports and gaming events. Later this year, the city will host the first Call of Duty major of the year, CDL Raleigh.

Tickets for Spring Finals will begin with a 24-hour Mastercard Presale Thursday, January 26 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET for Mastercard holders. The general on-sale opens on Friday, January 27 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET.

New Jersey will play host to LCS Championship

For the 2023 LCS Summer Split, the LCS Championship finals location will be the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Riot has made good on its promise to host an LCS finals in the Prudential Center. In 2021, the LCS Championship was meant to host its Spring finals in New Jersey - the first since the pandemic's start.

Unfortunately, those plans were shelved and the 2021 summer finals were played in the LCS Studio. Now Riot is making good on their promise and fans should be in for a treat. Across the Hudson, Riot hosted the group stages for the 2022 League of Legends World Championship in New York.

At this time there is no ticketing information for the LCS Championship finals.

The LCS is also looking to improve the fan experience for its loyal customers. Starting this year, the LCS will offer Season Passes, a year-long guaranteed ticket which allows fans to pick their desired seats for the calendar year. This comes at a discounted price, following the traditional sports model that offers season tickets for the 'die-hard' fans.

There will also be a rewards program, this scheme will see fans earn points towards discounted, or if they are lucky, free LCS tickets. There are no further details now on the Season Pass price or the fan reward scheme.
