Saber is part of the collaboration between Honkai Star Rail and the Fate/ series. Luckily for new players, HoYoverse decided to make Saber's Ascension and Trace materials incredibly accessible, even for new players.

The Antimatter Legion mobs on the Herta Space Station drop Thief's Instinct, Usurper's Scheme, and Conqueror's Will. These materials have not been required by characters often past Dr. Ratio, so you may have a lot of these in stock if you have been playing Honkai Star Rail for a while.
However, A Glass of the Besotted Era is less accessible. This drops from the Stagnant Shadow node in Penacony Grand Theater.

Where to farm A Glass of the Besotted Era
A Glass of the Besotted Era is acquired from Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Gelidmoon in Penacony Grand Theater.
There is no information on whether this node will be part of the Temporary Early Access feature. To be safe, try and progress far enough in the story to unlock the area and the node.
The Omni-Synthesizer allows you to trade two of a different Ascension material for one A Glass of the Besotted Era. This exchange can be done 20 times per week.

Farm the Destruction materials from the Crymson Calyx: Bud of Destruction node found in Scalegorge Waterscape.
Saber needs the "Destroyer's Final Road" drop from the Echo of War: Supply Zone. This is relatively accessible, but you are limited since you may only claim rewards from Echo of War challenges thrice per week, shared with all other Echo of War fights.
