Extinguished Core, Glimmering Core, and Squirming Core drop from the Fragmentum Monsters found mainly in Jarilo-VI. If you're a veteran player, you should check your inventory, as you most likely already have a surplus of these materials.

Where to farm Darkveil Moonlight
You can farm Darkveil Moonlight in the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Gelidmoon node in the "Murmuring Woods" Grove of Epiphany area in Amphoreus.
The Temporary Early Access feature allows players who haven't unlocked this area yet to challenge the node and get drops. Since Archer's banner is special, we don't know yet whether he will be treated to this feature. However, since Cipher needs this material too, you can take advantage of the Temporary Early Access feature for this node and pre-farm for Archer instead.
Alternatively, you can get Darkveil Moonlight from the Omni-Synthesizer. You can exchange two of a different Ascension material to get one Darkveil Moonlight. This exchange can be done 20 times per week.

The Hunt Trace materials can be farmed from the Crimson Calyx: Bud of the Hunt in the SoulGlad Scorchsand Audition Venue in Penacony.
Archer needs the Guardian's Lament drop from the Echo of War: Everwinter Hill challenge. This is in Jarilo-VI and requires you to finish the main Trailblaze mission on the planet before the node opens. You may claim drops from Echo of War nodes thrice per week, shared with other Echo of War nodes.
