Castorice is coming as the third Remembrance character in Honkai Star Rail.

We are getting more playable Chrysos Heirs from Amphoreus as official Honkai Star Rail accounts reveal Castorice as a playable unit. See what the Castorice drip marketing tells us here.

Castorice's reveal confirms her as a 5-star Quantum character on the Path of Remembrance. Since the Path itself is new, only introduced with the Trailblazer and Agalea in version 3.0, Castorice's archetype is new.

Castorice's title is "Servant of Death," which fits her given what we know of her from the main story in Honkai Star Rail version 3.0.

Part of her affiliated city is revealed, too. She hails from Aidonia, a "land that reveres death" but has now "drifted into a sweet slumber." It's also stated that Castorice, as the daughter of the River of Souls and as a Chrysos Heir, must journey to Aidonia. This implies that when she becomes a playable character in Honkai Star Rail, we're also getting a new area to explore.

Her Divine Authority is the Hand of Shadow, Thanatos. However, it should be noted that there is a tinge of uncertainty in this information - perhaps we'll get to unravel a mystery we didn't know existed when we deepen our understanding of her.

Castorice voice actors

For the English voiceover, Castorice is voiced by Melody Muze. Their other credits include Candace Crush from HuniePop 2: Double Date, various characters from Heroes of Newerth, and Mirael from AFK Arena.

For the Japanese voiceover, her voice actress is Chiwa Saito. Saito is a seasoned voice actress, voicing characters like Hitagi Senjougahara from the Monogatari series, Jean from Genshin Impact, Homura Akemi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and all variants of Tamamo-no-Mae from the Fate/Extra and Fate/Grand Order series.

When will Castorice be playable in Honkai Star Rail?

She will be playable in Honkai Star Rail version 3.2, scheduled for April 9, 2025.
