The only Lauma Ascension material you can pre-farm is the Nagadus Emerald line of materials. All the other ones are tied to the Genshin Impact version 6.0 update.

Again, some of these are locked behind the version 6.0 update. The only ones you can pre-farm right now are the Eroded Scale-Feather from the Lord of Primal Fire weekly boss and the Crowns of Insight.
