His official reveal was posted on the Genshin Impact social media accounts. This means we can most likely expect Dahlia's release date to be on June 18, 2025 along with the Genshin Impact version 5.7 update.
This is the same patch that Skirk becomes playable.

He marks the Traveler's return to Mondstadt as the story of Natlan concludes. As a playable character, Dahlia is a 4-star Hydro character who wields a Sword. His Constellation is named "Cantus Choralis," which translates to "Choral Song."
