Will NHL 25 be coming to PC?
NHL 25 is finally here, with a range of new upgrades and updates ahead of the latest season of Ice Hockey. The question is, will NHL 25 be avaliable on PC in addition to console?
We've seen EA choosing to include PC in more sports games than previously. Madden returned to PC back in 2018, and EA SPORTS FC is also avaliable on PC year on year.
Will that be the same for NHL 25?
Will NHL 25 be on PC?
Sadly for PC owning Ice Hockey fans, NHL 25 will not be releasing on PC this year. The game has not been released on PC since NHL 09 released in 2008.
NHL 25 will instead only be avaliable on Playstation 5 and XBOX Series X.
However, all is potentially not lost fans who want to play NHL 25 without having to buy a new console.

Will you be able to play NHL 25 on PC?
While you might not see an official PC version of NHL 25 when the game releases, there could be a way to play it on your PC. NHL 24, the last iteration of the game, has actually been avaliable to play on PC since April.
In order to do so, you need to have a subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. You can do this through the Xbox app on PC. Once you've done this, you can them run and play the game through Cloud streaming without any download required. NHL 24 is included in the Game Pass, so no additional purchase is required.
You are limited to one player and one account at a time however. In addition you can only use a controller.
Because Cloud gaming works by streaming the game, you will need to always be connected to the internet and have a good connection to take advantage of this workaround.
However, NHL 24 wasn't on Game Pass at launch. Instead it only joined the line-up back in April. We don't have any indication that NHL 25 will be on Game Pass at launch either. So for now PC players will need to grab a console, or simply wait to play NHL 25.
