"We are proud to amplify the voices of the most influential names in esports, whether in front of the camera, behind the camera or operating the camera," Raidiant founder Heather Garozzo said. "We asked our community, and they answered by spotlighting the talented individuals that impacted our diverse audience the most."
Bridget Sponsky, the executive director of brand and sponsorship marketing at Ally, agreed. "Celebrating the achievements of the diverse community in the industry is a reflection of the work we are doing to elevate key voices in gaming," Sponsky said.

The leaders of the platform hope to do so through methods such as education and storytelling. The platform also sees itself as a stepping stone toward inclusivity, aiming to inspire the next generation of women gamers.
Raidiant to operate Calling All Heroes and Overwatch Collegiate programs
In addition to creating the Influential Voices in Gaming 2024 list, Raidiant recently announced that it will operate the returning Calling All Heroes Overwatch 2 circuit. This will be a year-long program that supports marginalized genders. Raidiant will also operate the Overwatch Collegiate program.
