In an interview with Bloomberg, the co-founder of Team Cherry Studio revealed that there were no obstacles to the production of the game. “It was never stuck or anything,” Gibson stated. Instead, he explained, “it's just the case that we're a small team, and games take a lot of time. In this game, you take on the role of Hornet, the princess-protector of Hallownest, while embarking on an adventure through a new kingdom filled with silk and song. You can also discover new powers, battle vast hordes of bugs and beasts, and uncover ancient secrets related to your identity and past.
