Even though it is in an Alpha Test, Delta Force: Hawk Ops has received some new content for players to dive into.
Delta Force: Hawk Ops has taken the gaming world by storm. The free-to-play first-person shooter is currently in its Alpha Test, and streamers from all over are loving it. So, the developers decided that Delta Force: Hawk Ops needs some new content during the testing phase.
They've announced dates for the arrival of several new in-game events, a new playable operator, a new game mode, and a new Hazard Operation map. Let's dig into the details.
New map and mode coming to Delta Force: Hawk Ops Alpha Test
Let's first take a look at the new map and mode that are coming to the Delta Force: Hawk Ops Alpha Test. Both of these will be added to the game on August 16:
- New Mode: King of the Hill
- New Map: Space City
King of Hill is a part of the Havoc Warfare mode. Instead of the basic attack and defend objective-based mode, you might find yourself in a King of the Hill contest. As the mode typically goes, teams will fight over a singular rotating location that gives you points when you're team is the one holding it.
As for Space City, it is part of the Tactical Turmoil mode, otherwise known as a Hazard Operation. This is the extraction variant, similar to Escape from Tarkov. The new map in the Delta Force: Hawk Ops Alpha Test is a location that is clearly named after its launch pads and NASA-like facilities.

New operator
The new operator coming to the Delta Force: Hawk Ops Alpha Test is named Uluru. And by the looks of him, he probably packs quite the punch. He appears to be fully kitted out with ammunition, anti-tank weaponry, and of course, some cool sunglasses.
You don't have to wait long to see what his available weaponry and abilities are. Uluru is one of the first arrivals of this new content update. As soon as it goes live on August 13, he'll be in your game to play, and you don't even have to unlock him.
Several new events in the Delta Force: Hawk Ops Alpha Test
Information regarding the new events is limited at the time of writing. We can probably make some educated guesses on what they entail based on their times, however:
- Haavk Intel - August 13
- MandelBrick Showdown - August 16
- Dam Infiltration - August 16
- Famous Firearms - August 16
Challenges will more than likely play a major part in all of these events. They'll appear in the Events tab of the game, showing you what you need to accomplish and in what mode. Expect them to have some nice rewards, like weapon skins and XP boosts.
