Capcom heads up to Japan
After Gamescom 2025, Capcom is not breathing and is coming back for the Tokyo Game Show 2025 with three of the most anticipated games of 2026: Pragmata, Resident Evil Requiem, and Onimusha: Way of the Sword. You'll also find new information about other ongoing productions such as Monster Hunter Stories 3, Monster Hunter Outlanders, Monster Hunter Wilds, Resident Evil: Survival Unit, and Street Fighter 6.
Bandai Namco area
Bandai Namco promises to appeal to different audiences with a mix of major franchises and more family-friendly titles. In addition, the company will also prepare an online program dedicated to the Jump+ Jumble Rush app, which is scheduled to launch in 2025. During their exposition, you will find Code Vein II, Digimon Story: Time Sranger, Little Nightmares III, and Once Upon a KATAMAR.
In the family-focused area, the company will showcase Everybody’s Golf: Hot Shots and Tamagotchi Plaza – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, both of which will also be playable on-site.

Several other games will also be worth watching during the event. Level Infinite’s Goddess of Victory: NIKKE returns with fresh updates and announcements. Additionally, Delta Force promises to draw attention alongside Exoborne, the studio’s upcoming survival title.
Koei Tecmo announced that Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment will be showcased at Tokyo Game Show 2025. For the first time, both press and attendees will be able to experience the upcoming Nintendo franchise. With the game slated for release later this year, the event could also bring a new trailer and a confirmed launch date.
Leaks suggest that Microsoft could announce Forza Horizon 6 at Tokyo Game Show 2025, though no confirmation has been made. Fans of the franchise will have to wait and see if the event finally delivers good news, as the last game launched in late 2021.
