FragPunk was originally delayed for console, but we might have any idea on when the console version’s release date now.
FragPunk blew the lid off the FPS world when it first arrived. It hit an all-time peak on Steam of over 113,000. And that number could have been much larger across all platforms if its console release was not delayed. So, when does FragPunk come to console and join the libraries of PS5 and Xbox Series X/S?

Does FragPunk have a console release date?
Two days before FragPunk launched to the world on Steam and the Epic Games Store, console fans were also gearing up to join the rule breaking fun. Unfortunately, those dreams would soon be shattered as FragPunk announced the delay of any console versions.
They weren't able to optimize the game for console and did not want to deliver a product that differed from what they'd share on PC. Therefore, consoles like PS5 and Xbox Series X/S simply did not get a version of the game at launch.
So, as of writing, there is no official console release date for FragPunk. It could come sooner rather than later, though, based on hints by the developers and a look at the game's own FAQ on its website.

If you go to the FragPunk website, check out its FAQ for its official release. There is information about compensation for console players, how pre-orders have been handled, and of course, a section regarding its release.
They mention that they hope to have a FragPunk release for consoles within two months. That means two months after the game's launch on March 6, 2025. If that comes to fruition, console players should have it ready for them by May 6, 2025. Keep your fingers crossed.
