There are a ton of game modes in FragPunk, for hardcore competitors and those who just want to blow stuff up after a long day.

FragPunk is all about rule-breaking. That’s apparent in its various modes. You’ll find traditional tactical bombsite modes, wild arcade-style challenges, and more. Let’s go over all of the game modes you can try at launch in FragPunk.

There are five modes in FragPunk that you can play, but these would be called playlists in other multiplayer games. Within them are the separate game modes you can enjoy as you break the rules by snapping Shard Cards:

Arcade RotationRocketeersMelee DeathmatchMirror ClashSniper DeathmatchCapture the CoreChaos Clash
Permanent Arcade ModesOutbreakDuel MasterScrimmage

There’s really something for everyone. If you want some chaos with randomization, go into one of the arcade modes. There’s even a Zombies-style mode called Outbreak.

Or you can grab a the Converter and take it to a site in the more traditional objective-based game mode of FragPunk. You can do any of the above to level up, progress your Battle Pass, and earn rewards within the game.

Modes added after launch

The game is in its infancy still at the time of writing. When the developers add additional game modes to FragPunk, as part of events or even full-time, we’ll update you with the information here.

We expect there won’t be too many new modes added permanently, but there should be some limited-time ones during special events and holiday seasons. Be on the lookout for those.
