The FNCS Major 3 Grand Finals 2024 are right around the corner!
Epic Games and Fortnite are in the midst of an annual summer break. As a result, in-game content, significant updates, and tournaments have been on hold. Although the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean update arrives on July 19, Fortnite competitors are eager to resume the Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS). Only the FNCS Major 3 2024 Semi-Finals and Grand Finals remain as players scramble to qualify for the FNCS Global Championship this September.

When is the FNCS Major 3 2024 Grand Finals?
FNCS Major 3 resumes July 19 with the Semi-Finals, and the Grand Finals follow on July 27 and 28. That means only two weekends remain ahead of the upcoming $2 million LAN in Forth Worth, Texas. As it stands, 19 teams across all six regions have secured a spot at the FNCS Global Championship 2024. Only 31 spots remain, and those will be decided in the FNCS Major 3 2024 Grand Finals.

Many top teams have already guaranteed their position at the LAN event. However, various top competitors need a solid performance in the FNCS Major 3 Grand Finals. The most prominent example is well-known stream Cody "Clix" Conrod, who recently split with long-time duo partner Shane "EpikWhale" Cotton.
The pair failed to qualify for last year's Global Championship Finals, and the two would split before FNCS Major 3. Clix ultimately teamed up with top European player Harry "Veno" Pearson, who moved to North America for the occasion. They hope to finish in the top ten to qualify for the Grand Finals.
Another notable team is the pair of Martin "MrSavage" Foss Andersen and Kyle "Mongraal" Jackson. This duo formed when Fortnite legend Mongraal returned to competition. However, rather than competing on their home European turf, these two also moved across the Atlantic.
